Delivery and pickup are typically included in our rental prices for most Oahu locations including Honolulu, Waikiki, Pearl City, Kapolei, and surrounding areas. For more remote locations like the North Shore (Haleiwa, Waialua), Windward coast (Kailua, Kaneohe), or Leeward coast (Makaha, Waianae), there may be a modest delivery fee which we’ll quote upfront. We never surprise you with hidden charges – all delivery fees are included in your written quote before you commit. Our delivery team handles all setup including leveling, stabilizing, and positioning units exactly where you need them. Pickup after your event is also included, and we handle all waste disposal in compliance with Oahu environmental regulations.

However, we understand that last-minute needs arise – we’ve successfully provided portable toilets and handwashing stations with as little as 24-48 hours notice when units are available. For executive trailers, we recommend 4-6 weeks advance booking as these luxury units are in high demand for weddings and corporate events.
