Flushing Units
Our flushing units include a bowl and urinal with a hand & foot pump operated flushing system. The major benefit of a flushing unit is that the contents of the holding tank are not visible (unlike in non-flushing units). This makes using the unit a more enjoyable experience for guests when compared to non-flushing units.
These units are perfect for concerts, parties and weddings on a budget. If you prefer a more luxurious unit for your guest, we suggest our executive trailer rentals.

Handicap Access Units
Our handicap access units meet all ADA requirements.
These wheelchair accessible units feature a low threshold for easy entry, spacious room for ease of use, a full wrap-around safety grab bar, and an easy open door latch and auto door closure lock.
We recommend that all event coordinators include at least one handicap access unit per “group” of units.

How often do you service and pump out portable toilets?
Service frequency depends on your event duration and expected usage. For weekend events (1-3 days), most standard portable toilets don’t require mid-event pumping. For weekly rentals, we provide weekly service including waste pump-out, tank refills, restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer), and thorough cleaning. Construction sites and long-term rentals (1+ months) receive twice-weekly or customized service schedules based on usage levels. High-traffic events may require additional mid-event service – just let us know your expected guest count and event duration, and we’ll recommend the optimal service schedule.
Can I rent just one portable toilet, or is there a minimum order?
You can absolutely rent a single unit! Event Sanitation Plus serves events of all sizes across Oahu – from backyard birthday parties needing one toilet to major festivals requiring 50+ units. We deliver, set up, and pick up even single-unit orders. For guidance on how many toilets you need, a general rule is one toilet per 50 guests for a 4-hour event, but we’re happy to provide a customized recommendation based on your specific event details.
